40 key employees including HODs, Project Managers & Team Leaders representing the branch offices & different departments in Techflow were part of this meeting.
Representatives from the Management, HR, Accounts and Finance, QC, QA, Training & Support, Estimation & PM/TL from Technical Teams participated enthusiastically.
The emphasis was to increase employee efficiency with accountability & making teams more responsible towards the part they play in overall execution.
Improvement areas, internal & external issues & employee benefits were discussed with a focus on the business, sustainable growth & customer satisfaction.
Previous quarter's performances by Execution, QA, QC and T&S were reviewed. Top performers were recognized and appreciated for the same.
